We’re looking for a Publishing Manager – Product & Growth to help turn promising mobile games into stronger, scalable products.
You’ll work closely with external studios and our internal teams, using product thinking, player data, and structured iteration to improve game performance and player experience.

- Experienced in mobile game product, publishing, or production
- Comfortable digging into KPIs and understanding why players stay, leave, progress, or monetize
- Strong at turning data and observations into clear product actions
- Confident giving direct and actionable feedback to studios
- Comfortable owning several games and priorities at once
- Analytical, hands‑on, fast-moving, and high-ownership

As a Publishing Manager, you will:




- Work with studios to improve gameplay, player experience, and performance
- Analyze KPIs, player behavior, gameplay, and market benchmarks
- Turn insights into clear priorities and product recommendations
- Help improve progression, economy, monetization, content, and level design
- Guide experiments, A/B tests, and product iterations
- Collaborate with Analytics, QA, Creative, UA, and Product
- Track milestones, risks, decisions, and performance across multiple games

Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years in mobile game product management, publishing, or game production
- Strong understanding of F2P KPIs, retention, engagement, and player behavior
- Experience improving games through data and product iteration
- Good understanding of monetization, economy, progression, content pacing, and level design
- Experience working with external studios or distributed teams
- Strong communica
