Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Media Designer to join our growing creative team. This full-time, fully remote role is idóneo for someone with a strong portfolio in graphic design and video editing, with the ability to incorporate motion graphics into engaging content for digital advertising, social media, and websites. You will work closely with our creative and account teams to turn campaign ideas into polished visual content, manage multiple assignments, and deliver work on deadline.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design graphics for digital advertising, social media, websites, and presentations.
- Edit long-form and short-form videos, incorporating footage, music, captions, graphics, and sound.
- Create animated graphics, GIFs, and motion elements to support campaign messaging.
- Adapt graphics and videos for different platforms and formats, including 16:9, 1:1, and 9:16.




- Collaborate with creative and account teams to develop content aligned with client goals and brand guidelines.
- Source appropriate footage and visual assets and maintain organized project files.
- Incorporate feedback and review final deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Manage multiple projects, communicate progress, and meet deadlines.
- Coordinate with colleagues across time zones and participate in creative reviews.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in graphic design and video editing, with a portfolio demonstrating both.
- Proficiency in Adobe CC: Premiere Pro, After Effects. Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and graphic design principles.
- Strong understanding of video pacing, audio design, color correction, transitions, and formatting.
- Experience creating graphics and videos for digital advertising and social media.
- Ability to adapt content to different aspect ratios and platform requirements.
- Organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently, incorporate feedback, and meet strict deadlines.




- English proficiency of at least B2 level.
- Reliable internet access and availability to collaborate with the U.S. team during agreed working hours.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience using Adobe After Effects to create motion graphics and animations.
- Experience creating political, advocacy, or emotionally driven campaign content.
- Familiarity with Adobe Media Encoder and audio cleanup tools.
- Experience sourcing footage or managing archival video libraries.
- Familiarity with website design, landing page layouts, and tools such as Figma.
- Experience contributing to branding and visual identity projects.
- Fluency in additional languages.
