Senior Financial Analyst

- 100% remote, Colombia residents only

- Full-time, indefinite-term contract

- Salary: COP $9,500,000

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Colombia time)

About the Role

Analyzes the financial performance of the business units, working closely with the Finance team and business unit leaders. Plays an active role in budgeting and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

- Update and analyze trends in KPIs: revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures (CAPEX).

- Monitor indicators and explain the causes of unexpected variances.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reports.

- Lead project evaluations: financial models, cash flows, and risks.





- Provide financial recommendations to leadership for decision-making.

- Support business unit heads in analyzing growth initiatives.

- Prepare presentations for the VP and Director of Finance.

Must-Have Requirements

- 3+ years in FP&A; (4 to 5 years adecuado)

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

- Cloud ERP experience (NetSuite or Oracle), which must appear on the CV

Nice to Have

- Experience in the energy or utilities sector

- Consolidation and planning software (OneStream, Hyperion)

- BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
