El Customer Service - Regional Representative es un punto de contacto principal para las funciones internas de J&J; y las partes externas que interactúan con la organización de Servicio al Cliente. Esta posición brinda soporte directo a los clientes, facilita actividades transaccionales y colabora con diferentes áreas como Supply Chain, Finanzas y Shared Services para resolver oportunamente las necesidades de los clientes.
Principales responsabilidades
- Procesar pedidos y realizar seguimiento a órdenes nuevas y existentes.
- Gestionar actividades de administración de pedidos, incluyendo programación de entregas y citas.
- Brindar soporte y atención a consultas de clientes.
- Trabajar en conjunto con Finanzas y otras áreas para la gestión de créditos y débitos.
- Resolver situaciones relacionadas con gestión de pedidos, reclamaciones, devoluciones y retiros de producto (recalls).
