The Director of HCC Data Management & Technology Operations is a strategic leadership role within the general Health Care Compliance (HCC) organization. This position provides global oversight and strategic direction for compliance data management and technology initiatives, enabling the effective execution of the company’s compliance framework and program worldwide. The Director drives innovation in compliance systems and analytics, ensuring that quality data, advanced analytics, and modern technology solutions support critical compliance activities such as global transparency reporting, anti-corruption monitoring (e.g. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act FCPA), third-party risk management, and other key compliance processes.
