Purple is hiring an Account Executive to own the full inbound sales pipeline for luxury real state clients in the U.S. This is a client-facing, high-ticket sales role for an experienced closer with strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills.
You will run discovery calls , lead paid strategy consultations , guide prospects through the buying process, execute contracts in HoneyBook , collect deposits, and hand off closed projects to the design team.

- Discovery calls and strategy consultations delivered with confidence and professionalism
- Consistent follow-up across the 14-day sales cadence
- Accurate documentation of every client interaction and pipeline update in HoneyBook
- Signed contracts and 50% deposits collected before projects move to the design team
- A complete kickoff brief and clean handoff for every closed project
- Active pipeline management , with stalled or at-risk deals flagged and escalated early
- A minimum of 10 virtual design projects closed per month

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales and Lead Management
- Receive, qualify, and respond to inbound leads from social media, realtor partners, banker referrals, and affiliate channels
- Assess prospect fit, investment goals, project scope, timeline, and readiness to buy
- Manage opportunities from first contact through signed contract and deposit
- Maintain a pipeline of approximately 8 to 12 acti
