Job Details

We help business owners in the education sector across the USA generate qualified leads. Our offer is extremely strong, demand is high, and there's zero upfront cost to the business owner - which is why our calendar is booked with calls we need closer to take.

8–12 USD/hr -Base Pay

60 USD/close - Commission

1.5K-3K USD/mo - On-Track

Mon–Friday 4-5 Hours/day starting - Schedule

What You'll Be Doing

- Take booked, inbound phone calls (not Zoom) with business owners in the USA who've already asked to talk to us
- Calls run about 10–15 minutes on average
- Walk them through the offer, answer questions, and close the sale
- Follow up with leads in pipeline that originally booked a call with SMS/Phone and email to get deals
- Target 6 calls a day + Follow up, sms, phone, email
- Report to the team - we're two founders building this fast and we move quick

Schedule

- Weekdays: 4–5 hours a day, Mon–Fri
- Saturday (optional)
- EST-aligned hours
- Based in Latin America, fully remote

Compensation

- Base: 8–12 USD/hour, based on experience
- Commission: 60–70 USD per closed client, on top of base
- On-track earnings: 2K–4K USD/month depending on performance
- Target: 6 calls a day

We're looking for someone hungry - someone who treats this like their job, not a placeholder. Specifically:

- Prior experience as a closer or setter — ideally in a marketing agency, lead gen agency, or phone appointment-setting environment
- Confident, sharp, and quick-thinking on the phone - you don't need to be the best closer alive, you need to be coachable and sharp
- Proactive - chasing deals via SMS, email, and redials instead of waiting on inbound alone
- Reliable: shows up on time, follows the onboarding, is PRO-ACTIVE
- Strong spoken English, reliable internet, a quiet space and decent mic
