Role Description The Project Manager role at Futura USA, Inc. is a full-time remote position responsible for overseeing architectural metal projects from initiation to completion. Day-to-day activities include coordinating project schedules, managing budgets, and ensuring alignment between design, engineering, fabrication, logistics, and installation teams.
The Project
Manager will track progress, identify and mitigate risks, communicate with internal stakeholders and clients, and ensure materials, inspections, and deliveries meet quality and timeline requirements.
This role also involves preparing project documentation, monitoring compliance with specifications and safety standards, and driving continuous improvement in processes and workflows.
Qualifications
- Project Management skills for planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination.
- Expeditor and Expediting skills to monitor material orders, follow up with vendors, and resolve delays.
- Inspection experience to verify product quality, adherence to specifications, and readiness for installation.
- Logistics Management skills to organize shipments, deliveries, and onsite material handling.
- Experience in construction, architectural metals, or related industries is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with project management software and standard office productivity tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
