Role Summary:
As a Project Manager, you will work alongside a Salesforce delivery team and its clients, coordinating implementation projects so that every deliverable lands on time and on budget. You will be the day‑to‑day point of contact for the client,
keeping stakeholders aligned across all the moving parts of a project.
Responsibilities:
- Build project timelines with the client and the delivery team, defining milestones, key deliverable dates, and any use cases with distinct deadlines.
- Coordinate availability, schedule meetings, and distribute invites across client and delivery teams.
- Track tasks and timelines against the Statement of Work and keep team members on track.
- Ensure the client completes their tasks by the requested deadlines and communicate any timeline shifts that result from delays.
- Assign tasks to the right team members using project management tools such as Asana.
- Take notes during all calls and distribute them to client and delivery teams.
- Lead kickoff calls covering introductions, methodology, scope, and next steps.
