We are hiring a detail-oriented Full-Charge Bookkeeper & Administrative Specialist to manage day-to-day financial transactions, actively oversee the collections and invoicing cycle, and provide core administrative support for a U.S.-based client in New York.
In this role, you will work beyond basic data entry to analyze outstanding balances, communicate directly with clients and vendors, and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online and Zoho CRM. You will collaborate closely with the Office Manager, follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and handle key administrative duties, including directing phone calls and tracking pending client documentation. This is an adecuado position for Accountants or Financial Administrators in Colombia seeking a stable, long-term full-time remote role with direct U.S. exposure.

What You’ll Do
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, accounts receivable (A/R), invoicing, and financial logging in QuickBooks Online.
- Lead proactive collections activities, following up professionally on outstanding balances with clients and vendors.
- Track client information, contract status, deposits, and financial interactions within Zoho CRM.
- Review pending items requiring client signatures or deposits and ensure timely resolution according to company SOPs.
- Direct incoming business phone calls to the appropriate team members and provide general secretarial/administrative support.
