Primary Purpose And Overall Objective Of The Job
The Regional Marketing Manager, Immunoassay LATAM, is responsible for defining and driving the regional marketing strategy for the Immunoassay portfolio across Latin America, ensuring alignment between global priorities, regional growth objectives, and local market needs. The role partners closely with commercial, medical, and cross-functional teams to accelerate business growth, optimize portfolio performance, strengthen customer engagement, and deliver successful go-to-market execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and drive the execution of the regional marketing strategy, annual operating plan, and growth initiatives for the Immunoassay portfolio.
- Act as the primary liaison between General Marketing, regional leadership, local affiliates, and distributor markets.
- Identify and quantify market potential, build regional marketing plans, and support countries in execution through regular touchpoints, progress reviews,



troubleshooting, and strategic adjustments.
- Lead product lifecycle management, including product launches, portfolio optimization, and market development initiatives.
- Drive customer engagement, scientific promotion, congress activities, educational programs, and value-based communication.
- Partner with Sales, Medical Affairs, and local marketing teams to ensure effective execution, sales enablement, and achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
- Facilitate collaboration and sharing of best practices across countries, fostering alignment and continuous improvement.
- Lead competitive and market intelligence initiatives by systematically tracking market dynamics and competitor activities across LATAM, generating insights to support business decisions.
