Are you a Procurement leader passionate about Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, and creating measurable business value ?

We’re looking for a Procurement Manager to lead Procurement strategy across assigned categories, driving high-impact negotiations, supplier management, sustainable savings, and risk mitigation across a multi-country scope.

What we're looking for:

• 6–8+ years of experience in Procurement or Strategic Sourcing

- 4+ years leading teams and spend category portfolios

• Strong experience in Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, and complex negotiations

• Proven track record managing and delivering Procurement savings

• Experience working with regional/general stakeholders and suppliers

- Advanced English (C1)

• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics 365 are a plus





- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields, plus a specialization/master’s in a relevant area

What you'll do:

• Lead Procurement Planning and Strategic Sourcing (RFI/RFQ/RFP)

• Own the Savings Pipeline and category performance

- Lead strategic supplier and stakeholder relationships

• Drive cost optimization, risk mitigation, transformation, and continuous improvement

- Develop and coach a high-performing Procurement team

• Present KPIs, savings, risks, and strategic opportunities to the Procurement Senior Director
