Pre-Litigation Assistant (Personal Injury) ⚖️

? Location: Onsite (Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Honduras, Peru, Guatemala)

? Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

We are looking for a Pre-Litigation Assistant to join a U.S.-based Personal Injury law firm. The idóneo candidate will have experience handling pre-litigation cases, communicating with clients and insurance companies, and supporting attorneys throughout the settlement process.

Responsibilities

✅ Manage Personal Injury pre-litigation case files

✅ Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and attorneys

✅ Request, review, and organize medical records and supporting documentation

✅ Prepare demand packages and case documentation

✅ Monitor case progress and follow up on outstanding items

✅ Assist in negotiating settlements and case resolution

✅ Maintain accurate records and update case management systems

Requirements

✔️ At least 2 years of experience in a U.S.



Personal Injury law firm

✔️ Pre-Litigation Personal Injury experience is required

✔️ Experience handling cases through the settlement and negotiation stage

✔️ Strong understanding of the Personal Injury pre-litigation process

✔️ Professional English level (B2 or higher)

✔️ Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills

✔️ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management software

Preferred

⭐ Experience negotiating with insurance companies

⭐ Familiarity with medical records, demands, claims, and settlements

⭐ Experience working directly with attorneys and clients
