About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Erlang engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance distributed systems. You will play a key role in developing backend services that handle high concurrency and mission-critical workloads.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement robust backend services using Erlang.
- Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and low latency of distributed applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize production systems.
- Write clean,



maintainable, and well-tested code.

Requirements

- Proven professional experience with Erlang (Elixir experience is a strong plus).
- Strong understanding of functional programming and actor model concurrency.
- Experience building scalable, distributed systems.
- Familiarity with OTP (Open Telecom Platform) and related design principles.
- Knowledge of databases, message brokers, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
