Are you a physician with strong leadership skills, a passion for patient care, and experience leading clinical teams?

We are looking for a Bilingual Medical Director to lead clinical excellence, oversee medical operations, and contribute to the growth of a healthcare organization serving both local and international patients.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide clinical leadership and medical oversight.
- Ensure compliance with quality, patient safety, and clinical standards.
- Support physician recruitment, onboarding, and professional development.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic and operational initiatives.
- Participate in direct patient care when required.
- Drive continuous improvement and organizational growth.

Requirements

- Medical Doctor (MD) with active professional registration.
- English proficiency: B2 minimum, C1 preferred.
- Recent clinical practice experience.
- Experience leading physicians, clinical teams, or healthcare operations.
- Solid knowledge of healthcare quality, patient safety, and clinical governance.




- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
