The Role:
We’re seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of client acquisition and marketing efforts for Berman Health Club. This is a senior, hands-on growth role designed for a strategic and execution-oriented marketing professional who understands how marketing connects to leads, sales, and revenue.
You’ll play a key role in building a predictable and scalable growth engine for the Naples location, optimizing acquisition channels, improving conversion, and developing repeatable marketing systems to support future expansion.
Location: Must be in Colombia – Remote.
Environment: Colombian and International Teams.
Language: Advanced English (B2+ - C1).
Timezone: Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (8:00 AM -5:00 PM Colombian time).
Contract: Non-fixed Term Colombian Contract.
Salary: 6.900.000 COP
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in growth marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, or a similar role.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of customer acquisition, marketing funnels, conversion optimization, paid advertising (particularly Meta and Google), CRM, email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, analytics, and project management.
- Characteristics: Strategic and hands-on, data-driven, proactive, entrepreneurial, highly organized, comfortable with accountability,
and able to move between strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy & Client Acquisition
- Own and continually improve the overall growth and client-acquisition strategy.
- Identify the highest-impact opportunities to generate qualified prospective clients.
- Develop and optimize acquisition channels including paid advertising, email, organic content, SEO, events, partnerships, referrals, and database reactivation.
- Evaluate new channels, campaigns, audiences, offers, and messaging.
- Allocate marketing resources toward the initiatives producing the strongest business results.
Funnels, Offers & Conversion
- Develop and refine offers, messaging, and campaigns in collaboration with company leadership.
- Improve landing pages, lead nurture, follow-up, and conversion paths.
- Identify friction throughout the prospect journey and implement improvements.
- Partner with sales and operations to strengthen lead-to-client conversion.
Analytics & Performance
- Establish clear visibility into marketing and growth performance.
- Track lead sources, acquisition costs, funnel conversion, revenue attribution, and channel performance.
- Use data to identify opportunities, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Provide leadership with clear, actionable growth reporting and recommendations.
Team & Vendor Leadership
- Lead and prioritize the work of internal marketing resources.
- Manage outside agencies, freelancers, and marketing vendors.
- Establish clear expectations, timelines, and accountability.
- Build repeatable processes and SOPs around successful marketing activities.
- Ensure the team remains focused on business impact rather than marketing activity alone.
Growth Systems & Scalability
- Reduce dependence on founder-led marketing and routine founder involvement.
- Document successful acquisition strategies, campaigns, processes, and learnings.
- Build systems that can be repeated as the company grows and potentially expands into additional locations.
