We're hiring: Litigation Legal Assistant — Personal Injury | 100% Remote

Arvenda is a staffing company connecting top LATAM talent with U.S.-based law firms. We are recruiting an experienced, bilingual Litigation Legal Assistant to manage active Florida personal injury cases from intake through demand.

Compensation: $1,200 USD / month

Schedule: Full-time (Eastern Standard Time / Florida Hours)

This is a high-precision, impact-driven role. Beyond core legal support, you will own time-sensitive service communications with opposing counsel and courts — making strict deadline awareness and procedural accuracy critical.

Bilingual English/Spanish required. Florida personal injury litigation experience strictly required.

What you'll do

Download, log, and process time-sensitive service emails and court filings from opposing counsel and judges

Request and process health insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, workers' compensation, VA, and STD/LTD liens via certified mail and fax

Order PIP logs and forward updated insurance letters to providers once benefits are exhausted

Request, download, and audit medical records and bills using provider portals and third-party services (e.g., Chartswap)

Verify balances on the medical tab, resolve billing discrepancies by phone, and document all case activity

Compile complete demand packages with exhibits, confirm receipt with adjusters,



and track follow-ups

Maintain file organization using the firm's strict naming conventions and conduct scheduled file reviews

Follow up with clients on health cards, wage verification forms, and outstanding case items

Conduct FLMVR and LexisNexis searches and obtain crash reports as assigned

What we're looking for

Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken) — required

Direct experience in Florida personal injury litigation — required

Hands-on familiarity with service of process, court filings, and opposing counsel communications

Strong understanding of lien processing, PIP, medical records, and demand preparation

Exceptional attention to litigation deadlines and procedural detail

Clear, professional communication for provider, adjuster, court, and client interactions

High degree of autonomy and comfort working in a 100% remote environment
