Legal Intake Specialist

Location: Colombia (Bogotá, Barranquilla, Bucaramanga, Cali o Medellín) ON SITE

Schedule: Full-Time / M - F 8 - 4:30pm EST

English Level: Advanced / Fluent

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Legal Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients. This role is responsible for managing inbound inquiries, conducting initial client intake, gathering accurate information, scheduling consultations, and ensuring a positive client experience throughout the intake process.

The adecuado candidate is professional, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with individuals seeking legal assistance.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer incoming calls and inquiries from prospective clients.
- Conduct initial client intake following established firm procedures.




- Gather and accurately document relevant client information.
- Schedule consultations and appointments.
- Enter and maintain client data within the firm's systems.
- Route inquiries and follow-up items to the appropriate team members.
- Follow up with prospective clients as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Provide administrative support related to the intake process.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive client experience.

- 2+ years of experience as a Legal Intake Specialist.
- Advanced to fluent English communication skills (written and spoken
