About the Role

We are building a team of Legal Intake & Sales Specialists to support our law firm partners. You will be the first point of contact for people going through one of the most important moments of their lives, and you will guide them from first inquiry to a signed retainer. Empathy and professionalism matter as much as accuracy, and so does a consultative, results-driven approach to sales.

We are hiring at two levels:

TIER 1 · INTAKE SPECIALIST (first point of contact)

- Respond to inbound calls, emails, texts, and web inquiries promptly and courteously
- Collect accurate contact details and basic case information using the firm's scripts and questionnaires
- Schedule consultations and follow up with new leads to move them toward a booked consultation
- Maintain accurate data in the firm's CRM and route inquiries to the right person or team

TIER 2 · SENIOR INTAKE SPECIALIST (everything in Tier 1, plus)

- Conduct deeper screening conversations (family-based, employment-based, asylum, removal defense, naturalization, DACA, and more)
- Identify urgency, eligibility red flags, and deadlines, and escalate to attorneys or paralegals
- Own the sales conversation: explain the firm's services, handle objections, discuss fees per firm guidelines, and guide prospects to a signed retainer
- Track the lead pipeline and report conversion metrics
- Handle complex or sensitive conversations with discretion
- Support, train, and quality-check Tier 1 team members

What We're Looking For

All candidates

- Excellent written and spoken English (Spanish is a strong plus, since many prospective clients are Spanish-speaking)
- A warm, patient,



and professional communication style
- Strong attention to detail and respect for confidentiality
- A consultative, goal-oriented mindset: persuasive without being pushy, and comfortable working toward conversion targets
- Comfort with CRMs, scheduling tools, and phone/messaging platforms
- Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and availability to work U.S. business hours

Tier 1: Experience in customer service, call center, reception, or administrative support is great. Sales or lead-follow-up experience is a plus. Legal experience is not required, and we will train you. Tier 2: Prior experience in legal intake, a law office, or immigration-related client service is strongly preferred, ideally with a track record of converting leads into clients (legal sales, inside sales, or business development). Familiarity with U.S. immigration processes (USCIS forms, visa categories, case types) is a big plus.
