About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Recruiter to join our growing recruiting team in Medellín.

This opportunity is idóneo for someone who already has hands-on recruiting experience and wants to build a long-term career in talent acquisition. We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and interested in developing their skills and taking on greater responsibilities over time.

Experience recruiting CDL drivers, transportation professionals, skilled trades, or other specialized talent is highly preferred.

What You'll Do

- Source and identify qualified candidates through multiple recruiting channels.
- Conduct candidate outreach, pre-screening, and initial interviews.
- Manage candidates throughout the recruiting process and maintain consistent follow-up.
- Review resumes and assess candidates against job requirements.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring teams to understand staffing needs.
- Use recruiting platforms and databases to identify and engage talent.




- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity.
- Contribute ideas and take initiative to improve recruiting processes.

What We're Looking For

- 6+ months of recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting CDL drivers or transportation professionals is highly preferred.
- Experience recruiting for other high-volume or specialized categories is a plus.
- Experience using recruiting platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and Bullhorn.
- B2+ / Advanced English communication skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team.
- A team player with leadership potential and the confidence to take ownership.
- Someone with a long-term career vision who wants to grow with the organization.
