? Schedule: Monday to Friday | EST Schedule | 44 Hours per Week

✅ Key Requirements

? Fluent English & Spanish (written and spoken)

? At least 1 year of experience preparing tax returns

? Experience with Individual and Business Tax Returns

? Experience working in an Accounting Firm or Tax Preparation Firm

? Strong knowledge of tax preparation processes and tax documentation

? Experience with QuickBooks and professional tax software

? Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills

? Ability to review financial statements and accounting records

? Strong attention to detail and deadline management skills

? Main Responsibilities

? Prepare and file Federal and State tax returns for individuals and businesses

? Prepare amended returns, tax extensions, and estimated tax payments

? Review tax information and identify items requiring further review

? Research and resolve rejected electronic tax filings

? Draft responses to IRS and State tax notices





? Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email

? Maintain organized electronic tax files and supporting documentation

? Ensure compliance with internal quality, confidentiality, and workflow standards

? Support the tax team during busy tax seasons and special projects
