Speed-to-Lead Sales Specialist

CottageSmith is a family-owned, Atlanta-area design-build company specializing in custom accessory dwelling units, tiny homes, backyard cottages, pool houses, home offices, and other thoughtfully designed residential spaces. We guide homeowners through the full journey, from initial inquiry and design through permitting, construction, and final completion, while providing personalized service, clear communication, and lasting craftsmanship.
As CottageSmith continues to grow, we are seeking a highly responsive and phone-confident Speed-to-Lead Sales Specialist to take ownership of new lead follow-up and early-stage qualification.
This role is all about speed, persistence, and strong live communication . When a prospective client submits a form or inquiry, we want someone reaching out within five minutes whenever possible . You will spend much of your day making outbound calls,



following up with new and existing leads, having real-time discovery conversations, qualifying opportunities, and moving promising prospects toward the next step in the sales process.
This is not a passive admin role and not a heavily scripted call-center position. We are looking for someone who is comfortable thinking on their feet, building rapport quickly, asking smart questions, and guiding conversations naturally. The right person will know how to uncover what a prospect wants, determine whether the project is a good fit for CottageSmith, and help move qualified opportunities toward a booked consultation.
This role also requires strong working knowledge of GoHighLevel . You will use the CRM throughout the day to manage leads, update opportunities, document conversations, schedule follow-ups, and ensure that no real opportunity gets lost due to slow or inconsistent follow-up.
