? Help us build a premium, white-glove Virtual Assistant team, and grow with us. The Master Trades Club (MTC) is a new premium private membership for U.S. trades and construction business owners ($5M+ revenue). Every member is paired with a dedicated, AI-Certified Virtual Assistant based in Colombia: a VIP, personal service where the assistant becomes a true extension of the owner's business.

We're looking for a Colombia-based freelance recruiter to own the hiring process from start to finish. You manage everything; I, as CEO, step in only for final approval and the hire.

THE OPPORTUNITY

- Hire 10 Virtual Assistants: 5 starting in October and 5 in November
- Urgent need: we want to start immediately
- Starts as a freelance engagement, with a contract-to-hire opportunity and a long-term relationship as we scale
- Work directly with the CEO WHAT YOU'LL OWN (END TO END)
- Source and attract candidates in Colombia (administrative and executive support, BPO and remote-support backgrounds)
- Write and publish job listings and manage all applications
- Run first-round interviews: English level, professionalism and admin experience
- Send and manage our assessments: DISC profile, English test and other screening tools
- Make sure every candidate meets our premium,

- Present a shortlist of vetted finalists to the CEO for final interview, approval and hiring
- Advise on competitive, fair compensation for the Colombian market WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Based in Colombia, with hands-on experience recruiting in the Colombian market (local job boards, talent communities, salary expectations and hiring practices)
- Proven experience recruiting administrative, executive/virtual assistant or BPO/remote-support roles
- Strong English (C1+) and Spanish
- Independent, organized and comfortable with tight deadlines
- Excellent communicator, proactive and reliable
- You manage your own time and schedule
- Plus: experience hiring Virtual Assistants for U.S.-based clients
