We’re looking for a Publishing Team Lead – Product & Growth to lead a small team of Publishing Managers and help turn promising mobile games into stronger, scalable products.
This is a hands-on leadership role combining people management, product strategy, publishing, and portfolio ownership. You’ll lead and develop a team of 2–3 Publishing Managers while staying close to the games, external studios, player data, and key product decisions.
You’ll be responsible for raising the quality of product thinking across the team, helping studios identify the right opportunities, and ensuring insights are translated into clear actions that improve game performance and player experience.
What you’ll do:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team




- Own product quality and priorities across multiple games and external studios
- Analyze KPIs, player behavior, gameplay, and market benchmarks
- Turn insights into clear product priorities, recommendations, and experiments
- Guide improvements across progression, economy, monetization, content, and level design
- Challenge studios and your team with clear, actionable product feedback
- Guide A/B tests and product iterations to improve retention, engagement, and monetization
- Collaborate with Analytics, UA, Creative, QA, and Product
- Surface key portfolio opportunities, risks, and performance trends

Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years in mobile gaming across product management, publishing, or game production
- Experience leading or mentoring product/publishing professionals
- Strong understanding of F2P KPIs, retention, engagement, progression, and monetization
- Proven experience improving games through data-driven product iteration
