Position Summary
Bennett Law Center is seeking an experienced bilingual Immigration Paralegal based in Colombia to provide remote support to our U.S.-based law firm as an independent contractor. We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills,



excellent attention to detail, and the ability to deliver accurate, timely paralegal work.
Key Responsibilities
Depending on experience and assigned matters, responsibilities may include:
- Provide paralegal support to attorneys on assigned immigration matters.
- Prepare immigration applications, petitions, forms, and supporting documentation.
- Draft correspondence, declarations, and other case-related documents.
- Gather, review, and organize client documentation and evidence.
- Track deadlines, filings, hearings, interviews, and other case-related dates.
- Maintain accurate electronic case files and detailed case notes.
- Communicate with clients to obtain information and documentation and provide case-related updates as directed.
- Coordinate with attorneys and other members of the legal team.
- Conduct case-related research.
