Responsable de brindar soporte clínico y educativo al negocio de Nobel Biocare, contribuyendo al desarrollo comercial mediante la capacitación y acompañamiento de odontólogos, especialistas, universidades y clientes estratégicos. Su rol se enfoca en promover el conocimiento y la adopción de las soluciones de implantes y rehabilitación de Nobel Biocare, fortaleciendo la experiencia clínica de los clientes, apoyando actividades de educación continua y colaborando estrechamente con los equipos comerciales para impulsar el crecimiento sostenible del negocio.

Entre sus principales responsabilidades se encuentran, sin limitarse a ellas:

- Diseñar y ejecutar programas de educación clínica, cursos, talleres y entrenamientos sobre el portafolio Nobel Biocare.
- Brindar soporte clínico a clientes y equipos comerciales en casos, procedimientos y aplicaciones de productos.
- Desarrollar relaciones con líderes de opinión (KOLs), universidades y sociedades científicas.
- Participar en congresos, eventos y actividades académicas representando a Nobel Biocare.
- Identificar necesidades de capacitación y oportunidades de desarrollo clínico en el mercado.
- Colaborar con los equipos comerciales en la generación de demanda y la adopción de nuevas soluciones.
- Apoyar lanzamientos de productos mediante actividades de educación, demostración y transferencia de conocimiento.
- Mantener un alto nivel de conocimiento técnico y clínico sobre implantología, rehabilitación y flujos digitales.

Job requirements

- Odontólogo(a) titulado(a) o competente con experiencia en Educación Clínica / Training & Education dentro de la industria dental.
- 3+ años de experiencia en implantología, capacitación clínica o desarrollo profesional de clientes.
- Sólidas habilidades de presentación, relacionamiento e influencia.
- Capacidad para colaborar con equipos comerciales y liderar actividades educativas en la Región Andina.
- Inglés intermedio deseable.

The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
