Associate Editor | Hybrid| Full-Time

We're hiring experienced Editors (Copy) to join a fast-paced pharmaceutical agency environment where precision, speed, and editorial rigor are everything. If you thrive on high-volume execution, love catching what others miss, and can switch seamlessly between formats and priorities — this role was built for you.

As part of a highly collaborative editorial team, you'll review and ensure quality across multiple assets simultaneously, working within structured, segmented workflows where attention to detail isn't just valued — it's non-negotiable.

What your day looks like:

- Managing 10–20 tasks simultaneously across multiple formats: banners, emails, websites, brochures, congress materials, and more
- Handling spell checking, abbreviations, formatting, fact-checking, and consistency reviews with speed and accuracy
- Collaborating with multiple editors and stakeholders on the same assets across different workflow stages
- Constant prioritization based on deadlines, dependencies, and project stage
- Switching context fluidly across healthcare professional (HCP) and patient-facing content,



both integral and U.S. markets

- What we're looking for:

- Experienced editors — not junior profiles — with a strong editorial background and sound judgment
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to review others' work with confidence and precision
- Proven ability to manage volume, speed, and complexity without sacrificing quality
- Comfort navigating technical or scientific content without requiring deep subject-matter expertise
- A proactive, self-managed approach in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Backgrounds that stand out:

- Agency editors (pharma or otherwise)
- Technical, educational, or legal editors
- Medical writers with a strong editorial focus
- Marketing editors with a high level of rigor

Pharmaceutical experience is a plus but not required. What we won't compromise on: core editorial capability, critical thinking, and the ability to perform under pressure.
