About The Role EXP Group is looking for a Sales Assistant to support our sales team with day-to-day account coordination, order processing, and customer follow-up. We're especially interested in candidates who have worked in the produce or fresh food industry, since pricing, availability, and customer needs change daily in this business.

What You'll Do

- Support sales reps and account managers with daily account coordination
- Process and confirm customer orders; provide accurate pricing and availability information




- Prepare quotes and follow up with buyers on open opportunities
- Coordinate with logistics/shipping on order status, lead times, and delivery issues
- Track open orders, backorders, and shipment schedules, and keep customers updated
- Maintain accurate customer and pricing records in our order/CRM system
- Support new customer account onboarding
- Respond to customer inquiries about products, orders, and account status

Qualifications

- Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or order management required
- Experience in the produce or fresh food distribution industry strongly preferred
- Fluent English required, both written and spoken; bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
- Able to work Central Time business hours
- Experience with Famous Software a plus
- Comfortable with CRM, order-entry, or ERP systems
- Detail-oriented, organized, able to manage multiple accounts and orders at once

The Pay Range For This Role Is 1,000 - 1,500 USD per month(Remote)
