Overview

Keep financial records accurate and support dependable accounting routines. Bookkeeping, general accounting,



accounts payable and accounts receivable are separate experience tracks.

You do not need to cover every specialty. Tell us which responsibilities you have owned and where you are strongest. Key Responsibilities:

- Record and check financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Reconcile balances and investigate discrepancies with supporting documentation.
- Support bookkeeping, accounting, payable or receivable workflows in your selected track.
- Maintain organized records and prepare clear updates for the finance team. Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Clear written and spoken English and careful attention to detail.
- Practical experience with accounting software, reconciliation workflows and spreadsheets.
- Examples of work you have personally handled in your selected specialty.
- Availability for US business hours and an independent contractor engagement. Nice-to-Haves:

Experience supporting US-based clients or teams and familiarity with the industry you would support. These are preferences, not requirements for every opportunity.
