Are you an experienced sales professional who loves building relationships, overcoming objections, and closing deals?

We are looking for a Bilingual Inside Sales Closer to join our sales team and help customers find the right steel-building solutions for their needs.

What You’ll Do

- Work with qualified leads provided by the company — no cold calling or prospecting required.
- Connect with customers who are actively shopping for garages, carports, workshops, and steel buildings.
- Qualify leads and understand each customer’s needs, budget, and project goals.
- Present products and solutions clearly while communicating their value.
- Handle questions and overcome objections with confidence.
- Follow up consistently with potential customers throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate and close sales while providing an excellent customer experience.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers.

- Proven experience in inside sales or closing sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable selling high-ticket products or services
- Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented
- Confident handling objections and asking for the sale
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
