Project OverviewWe are launching a specialized, performance-based pilot project to evaluate female dating pool applicants (target age bracket: 28–38). As a Bilingual Case Study Research Analyst in this pilot, you will leverage our proprietary AI-powered vetting platform, the DIT Talent Lens, to screen, analyze, and rank top-tier candidates who align with the lifestyle, relationship intent, and values of high-value U.S. men aged 40+.

This pilot starts with an initial commitment of 8 hours per week (focused primarily on testing the tool through case studies), with the clear opportunity to scale up to 20–30 hours per week for analysts who demonstrate sharp analytical execution and reliability. Worksite collaboration will take place via a hybrid model, featuring a combination of remote work and in-person coordination at our office located in El Poblado, Medellín.

- Educational Background: Prioritize candidates who are college-educated, intellectually curious, and professionally accomplished.
- Socioeconomic Upbringing & Environment: Verify stable domestic backgrounds and current residential standards (e.g.,



residing in Estrato 4 or higher environments).
- Conflict Resolution: Analyze emotional intelligence, composure under pressure, and communication maturity during interpersonal stress.

Operational Workflow

- Intake & Video Processing: Ingest applicant video submissions and profile data through the DIT Talent Lens platform interface.
- AI-Driven Scoring: Run automated baseline analytics on facial cues, speech cadence, linguistic proficiency (English fluency), and questionnaire responses.
- Qualitative Cross-Check: Manually review automated flags against the 6 core pillars to eliminate false positives and ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Matchmaking Tier Assignment: Categorize qualified candidates into active rotation pools for executive introductions, private mixers, or passport bachelor showcases.
- Operational Sync: Collaborate with the Matchmaking Lead to cross-reference vetted profiles against active U.S. client criteria.
