This role involves working with cutting-edge technologies, demonstrating leadership in IT Service Management, and collaborating with global teams.

Job Responsibilities

- Lead global ITSM functions and process owners

- Utilize deep expertise in Incident, Major Incident, Problem, Change Enablement, and Release Management

- Operate in a ServiceNow-enabled ITSM environment

- Communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders

- Partner with platform, engineering, and architecture teams

- Ensure service governance and operational risk management

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience





- 15+ years of experience in IT Operations, Service Management, or Technology Enablement

- Advanced English proficiency, written and spoken

- ITIL Managing Professional or equivalent certification preferred

- Experience in integral, matrixed, and GDC-based delivery models

- Excellent executive communication and decision-making capabilities

- Strong understanding of ITIL, service governance, and operational risk management

Nice to Have

- Experience operating in a ServiceNow-enabled ITSM environment

- Executive-level leadership experience across IT Service Management disciplines

- Full-time consulting position

- Up to 40 hours per week
