Senior Marketing Coordinator
Full-time · Contractor · Remote · Monthly salary: $3.000 to $4.000 USD

About the role
You'll run the content engine behind Moj Mahdara and her companies. You'll take founder conversations, podcasts and ideas and turn them into social-first content that people actually stop for: Reels, TikToks, carousels, Substack posts. You'll also plan and run influencer and talent campaigns. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives in the feed. It is not a corporate marketing job.

Trolley is Moj Mahdara's operating platform for founder-led companies, bringing creative and operations together in one place. Moj is also co-founder of Kinship Ventures (with Gwyneth Paltrow), Co-CEO of goop and the former CEO of Beautycon, so your work will reach across all three brands. We're a small, fast-moving remote team.

What you'll do

- Create short-form video and social content yourself: hooks, scripts, picking the clips, finished posts
- Plan and run influencer and talent campaigns, from the shortlist and concept through to launch




- Write in Moj's voice across Substack, newsletters, LinkedIn and captions, plus decks and outreach copy
- Turn podcasts, events and meetings into native content for each platform
- Own the content calendar in Notion, and brief and direct our designers and video editors
- Track what performs, spot trends early and adjust what we make

Who you are

- 5+ years in social, content or influencer marketing, ideally with talent, creators, entertainment, beauty or lifestyle brands
- Social-native: you've personally made short-form content that performed, and you can show it
- A strong writer in fluent English who can write as someone else, without it sounding AI-generated
- AI-native: you use tools like Claude, ChatGPT and AI video tools every day, and your own judgment shapes the final work
- Organized and self-directed: comfortable in Notion, Canva or Figma, and you finish what you start
- Available for at least 4 hours of overlap with Pacific Time (9am to 1pm PT)
