About the Role

Horizon Premier Staffing is continuously looking for talented Legal Virtual Assistants based in Latin America to support U.S.-based law firms.

We are seeking organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professionals with strong English communication skills and experience supporting legal or administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:

- Assist attorneys and legal teams with daily administrative and case-related tasks.
- Manage client communications, emails, calendars, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate client and case information.
- Prepare, organize, and manage legal documents and digital files.
- Update case management systems, spreadsheets, and internal trackers.
- Assist with intake, case management, medical records, or litigation support.
- Track deadlines, appointments, and pending tasks.




- Communicate professionally with clients and U.S.-based legal teams.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements

- Must be based in Latin America.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Previous experience as a Legal Assistant, Virtual Assistant, Case Manager, Intake Specialist, or similar role preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Professional communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a professional remote workspace.
- Comfortable working during U.S. business hours.
- Previous experience supporting a U.S. law firm is strongly preferred.
