Job Overview

We are hiring a Customer Support Representative based in Colombia with a strong IT background to support customers in Spanish and English. This role requires technical understanding, data handling, and financial awareness, along with proven CSR experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Spanish and English
- Provide technical and service-related support with a customer-focused approach
- Perform basic data analysis related to customer cases and reports




- Support financial and billing-related customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical and service issues

Mandatory Requirements

- IT background is mandatory (Computer Science or related major)
- Minimum 1 year of Customer Support or CSR experience
- Experience or knowledge in data analysis
- Basic understanding of financial or billing processes
- Native or fluent Spanish and basic working English
- Ability to work remotely and reliably during early morning hours
- Must be based in Colombia
