Capacity and Workspace Architecture ReviewMap current workspace-to-capacity assignments and identify gapsDesign a workspace provisioning and access model that reflects how departments develop and publish PowerBI reportsDefine chargeback or cost allocation options across departments running reportsDesign capacity isolation so that a poorly performing report in one department cannot degrade capacity for other departments (fault tolerance across the multi-tenant ecosystem), balanced against the cost and operational overhead of supporting more capacitiesDocument workspace governance: who can publish, who can provision, promotion path from dev to prod3.
