We are seeking a Medical Director to lead clinical excellence, oversee medical operations, and support the expansion of a healthcare organization that serves both local and international patients.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide clinical leadership and medical oversight.
- Ensure compliance with quality, patient safety, and clinical standards.
- Support physician recruitment, onboarding, and development.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership on operational and strategic initiatives.
- Participate in direct patient care when required.
- Drive continuous improvement and organizational growth.

Requirements

- Medical Doctor (MD) with active professional registration.
- Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2, preferred C1).
- Recent clinical practice experience.




- Experience leading physicians, clinical teams, or healthcare operations.
- Solid understanding of healthcare quality, patient safety, and clinical governance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
