The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, along with 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee IT infrastructure operations,
including network, end-user computing, data center/cloud, or NOC operations.
- Lead and mentor technical teams, ensuring efficient service delivery and adherence to SLAs.
- Present Service Level Reviews and lead client governance meetings.
- Manage client relationships at the executive level.
- Demonstrate strong executive presence and communication skills.
- Utilize solid business acumen to understand managed services commercial models and delivery economics.
- Implement ITIL practices and run operations at scale.
- Act as a senior escalation leader during major incidents, handling executive stakeholder communication under pressure.
