Hourly is building an advanced insurtech and payroll platform with workers’ compensation integration. The Business Analyst will bridge business needs and technical execution by gathering requirements and analyzing processes, supporting agile delivery, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Working closely with Product Owners, Engineering, and Design, you will document requirements, write user stories, and help refine the product backlog.
