B2B Appointment Setter for a U.S. Marketing Agency

MISSION
The setter contacts, qualifies and converts the leads generated by The Alpha Omega Hub and books them with Arno, our CEO. Meetings are in person, or on Zoom / Google Meet only when the lead really can't meet in person. You speak on behalf of TAOH, make sure every contact is good quality and every meeting is worth Arno's time, and work the leads every day with rigor, speed and professionalism.

We're an established European agency that just launched in the US, so lead volume starts small and is ramping up fast. This role starts part-time (two short calling blocks per day) and grows with the lead flow.

WHO WE BOOK
Business owners in the Tampa Bay area (Hillsborough, Pinellas, Manatee) who:
• want new ads and spend more than $5k/month on advertising, or
• are interested in content and understand our pricing

RESULTS
• Call every lead twice a day, double-dialing, every business day, following the script
• Qualify every lead over the phone: real project, owner or decision-maker, ad spend over $5k/month or interested in content,



understands our pricing, available, based in the Tampa Bay area
• Book the meeting with Arno according to his calendar, and group in-person meetings by area to cut his driving time
• Call every new lead within 60 seconds (bonus below)
• Be available and responsive when leads call or text in
• Hit a 20%+ qualified-meeting rate and a 70%+ show rate, validated by Arno (meeting held and qualified)
• When a meeting is booked days in advance, call the lead on the day of the meeting to confirm

REQUIREMENTS
• 3+ years of appointment setting experience
• Fluent English with no accent
• Schedule to start: every day, 11:00 AM - 11:45 AM and 5:30 PM - 6:15 PM ET (1.5 hours a day). Hours increase as our US lead volume grows.
• An iPhone for iMessage and FaceTime (we provide a local US number)

• $3-4/h for logged shift hours
• $40 per qualified meeting that shows
• +$5 bonus when the le
