Moonlight is seeking an Executive Partner to be the strategic right hand to a US‑based founder or CEO. This isn't a task‑execution role; you anticipate needs, protect the leader's time, and become the person they can't imagine running their business without.
You will manage calendar and inbox end‑to‑end, produce executive‑level research and presentations, coordinate cross‑functional priorities, arrange travel, and act as a trusted gatekeeper and proactive problem solver.
