Gallagher in Bogotá is seeking a LATAM-trained, fully bilingual Counsel to support our integral Corporate Governance and Sustainability function with a focus on subsidiary governance and ESG reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
You will work with Legal, Finance, Risk, and Sustainability teams to manage regulatory requirements, maintain audit-ready documentation, and coordinate with external advisors to ensure accurate reporting.
