The Role
As an Executive Partner, you'll be the strategic right hand to a US-based founder or CEO — anticipating needs before they're voiced, protecting their time like it's your own, and becoming the person they can't imagine running their business without. This isn't a task-execution role. It's a seat at the table.
What You'll Own
- Strategic calendar and inbox management, triaging what matters, filtering out what doesn't
- Executive-ready research, reports, and presentations that drive real decisions
- Cross-functional coordination across the exec's business and personal priorities
- Travel, logistics, and meeting coordination with zero dropped balls
- Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and first point of contact on the exec's behalf
- Proactively spotting opportunities to make the exec's life and business run better
Requirements
- 3+ years supporting a founder/CEO or C-suite exec - ideally with progression from assistant into a chief-of-staff or Executive Partner-level role
- End-to-end ownership , not single-task support - you've run inbox, calendar, CRM, and client comms as whole workflows, not waited for instructions
- A named system , not just good instincts - a repeatable framework for inbox triage, calendar management, and prioritizing strategic vs. operational vs. urgent
- Voice-matching ability - you can study how an exec writes and draft on their behalf convincingly
- External representation experience - you've
