The role handles program setup, scheduling, enrollment, participant support, learning system updates, and virtual and onsite production activities from pre-session planning through post-session completion. The Analyst coordinates with facilitators, vendors, internal teams, and program stakeholders; resolves routine delivery issues; escalates risks and exceptions; and completes required activities to support consistent, high-quality learner experiences. At this level, the role performs defined processes and raises exceptions to the Senior Analyst, Learning Delivery.



Program ownership sits with the Senior Analyst, and delivery decisions sit with the Senior Supervisor.Major Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupport the end-to-end execution of programs across operations and production by managing schedules, program and session setup, enrollment, communications, surveys, rosters, and system updates.Coordinate the production of virtual and onsite sessions, including venue setup and booking, technology, materials, catering, access, and local support, while working with facilitators, coaches, vendors, participants, and program teams.Share confirmed session requirements with Learning Resource Management, which handles quotations, purchase orders, and payments.Support personalized learning and closed enrollments by managing intake requests, participant preparation, coach coordination, attendance, and post-program follow-up.Throughout each program, you will monitor enrollment, respond to participant needs, track attendance and completion records, and coordinate rescheduling or cancellations across systems and partners.When issues arise, you will resolve routine ones, escalates exceptions to the Senior Analyst, Learning Delivery, and use feedback and data to suggest improvements to quality and efficiency.Required QualificationsRequired Minimum Education: A bachelor’s degree is required.Required Years of Related Experience: A minimum of two (2)



years of experience in event management, learning or HR operations is required.Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (Uncompromised requirements for the role)Experience in learning or program deliveryProficiency in learning management and virtual delivery systemsBasic reporting, data cleaning, and trend analysisOperational compliance and confidential information handlingOnsite event logistics and participant experience practicesCoordination, communication, customer service, and cross-functional collaborationAttention to detail and management of multiple priorities and deadlinesInitiative, work tracking, clear communication, and project management principlesAdvanced English is required.Preferred Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesKnowledge of end-to-end learning delivery processes, including scheduling, enrollment, learner support, and onsite and virtual production.Continuous improvement mindsetComfort with ambiguity and changing prioritiesAbility to bring structure to complex situationsKnowledge of digital tools, automation, and AIRequired SkillsCommunicationCritical ThinkingDetail-OrientedProblem SolvingTime ManagementPreferred SkillsAt Johnson & Johnson,we believe health is everything.
