Key Accountabilities
What you'll do:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake and sourcing through offer management and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers, candidates, and sourcing teams to deliver a seamless hiring experience.
- Leverage your relationship-building and stakeholder management skills to attract and engage top talent.
- Support hiring goals by managing multiple requisitions while ensuring timely communication and process excellence.




- Maintain accurate recruitment administration, including offers, employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
- Drive recruitment excellence through strong organization, attention to detail, and a proactive, candidate-focused approach.

Skills & Requirements
Must Have
- Demonstrated experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship-building, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills , with attention to detail in offers, contracts, onboarding, and compliance activities.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities independently.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to assess talent based on skills, potential, and cultural fit.
- Spanish, English and Portuguese language requirement.
