This entry-level, remote position is adecuado for someone who is highly detail-oriented, organized, and eager to start a career in digital media operations.



You’ll get to:Populate trafficking spreadsheets by transferring information from one document to another with a high degree of accuracy.Identify and flag gaps or inconsistencies in asset information and deliverables.Communicate internally and with our media agency to resolve questions about creative assets and ensure all requirements are met.Meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Route billing documents for signature.Documenting asset launches across brands and campaigns.Pull and consolidate basic performance reports.Support campaign execution by helping coordinate timelines, assets, and approvals.Coordinate with internal teams or vendors such as the Shop, Brand, or other teams.Other marketing support as needed.Organizing files and media libraries.Updating spreadsheets or project trackers.The Person:You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
