You will troubleshoot issues end-to-end, collaborate through ITSM processes, and improve monitoring and support practices.ResponsibilitiesResolve application incidents by performing end-to-end troubleshooting across web, application, and database layersAnalyze Java core application logs to identify root causes and recommend corrective actionsExecute advanced SQL queries to validate data, diagnose issues, and support investigationsFollow ITSM/ITIL practices to handle incidents, problems, and changes with clear documentationMonitor systems using Elastic and APM logs to detect anomalies and prevent recurrenceOperate and validate pre-built Jenkins pipelines to support deployments and routine operational tasksCollaborate in Jira and Confluence to track work, document runbooks, and share knowledgeSupport releases and on-call coverage across shifts, including evenings, weekends,
