Position Summary:
The Development Operations Coordinator role on the Business Development team provides essential administrative and strategic support to the public and private revenue teams. This role is responsible for maintaining the Development CRM. This role ensures the smooth execution of proposal development processes, manages calendars and meetings, and conducts research to inform funding strategies.



The idóneo candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong interest in business development and fundraising operations who is adept at current technologies and project management tools such as monday.com, Office 365 Suite, Salesforce as examples and who understands that AI is a tool, not a team member.
Key Responsibilities
- Proposal Support:
- Assist in coordinating the development and submission of grant proposals and business development materials.
- Track proposal requirements, deadlines, and deliverables across public funding sources.
- Maintain organized records of proposal content, attachments, and submission history.
- Complete and track necessary forms.

Administrative Coordination:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for internal and external engagements.
- Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
