With transactions across 30+ states, we are scaling aggressively and looking for a Marketing VP – Seller & Investor Acquisition to build and scale our marketing engines on both sides of the business.
This is a high-impact role with direct responsibility for generating qualified seller and investor opportunities and contributing to revenue growth.
Your Mission
Own the strategy and execution of a multi-channel marketing engine that:
- Generates qualified homeowner/seller leads at scale.
- Builds and expands our real estate investor pipeline.
- Improves seller and investor journeys and conversion.
- Strengthens Sell2Rent's brand and presence within the real estate investment community.
- Uses data, technology, and marketing automation to improve acquisition efficiency and accelerate transactions.
- Accelerates top-line revenue growth through continuous performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Performance: Direct, mentor, and rally the marketing team to execute high-impact strategies, fostering an agile, results-driven culture aligned with company OKRs. Establish processes and documentation for the area.
- Dual-Audience Acquisition Strategy: Oversee multi-channel demand generation to scale qualified leads across both homeowner/seller and real estate investor pipelines.
- Brand & Content Ecosystem: Lead SEO and AEO strategies to establish market authority and fuel organic growth.
- Conversion & Funnel Optimization: Streamline the end-to-end investor and seller journeys to accelerate deal flow, boost conversion rates, and align marketing with Sales and other areas.
- Marketing Tech, Data & Operations: Supervise CRM architecture (HubSpot, Go High Level, CRMs), marketing automation, data analytics, and performance reporting to optimize acquisition efficiency. Report on metrics and analyt
