Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management,
Marketing, Information Systems, Library Sciences, Journalism, or related field.
- Advanced degree in a related field preferred (MBA, Knowledge Management, MIS, Library/Information Sciences, Organizational Behavior, Psychology).
- 6-10 years of professional experience with 3-5 years specifically in knowledge management.
- Experience in a general professional services organization.
- Consulting experience in the advisory/consulting space preferred.
- Experience managing offshore teams.
- PMP Certification is a plus.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Proficient in relationship management and interpersonal communication.
